Integrity of the spine, smooth flowing movements in line with your breath lead us through a full warm up - dynamic, energy boosting practice - followed by essential stretching and releasing all the tension in the body -finally releasing into a completely relaxing finish.
I have a home yoga studio and offer private classes which can be designed around you and your goals, injury's, conditions and experience. I work from the basics upwards to create a gentle introduction to yoga. The aim is to challenge your body and work at the level and speed your body requires.
